PACKAGE DETAILS
Each guest portrait included in your chosen package is an original watercolor painting meticulously crafted on 5x7" archival watercolor paper. To ensure their safety and preservation throughout the festivities, each portrait is slipped into a plastic sleeve.
I am flexible with setup times and can begin painting during cocktail hour, dancing, or reception, capturing the unique personalities of your guests from reference images taken by my assistant. This allows everyone to enjoy the evening without interruption. Please note, not all portraits are completed on site. Any unfinished portraits will be finalized within 4 weeks after the wedding, using the reference images captured during the event, and then mailed directly to you.
I am able to provide a Certificate of Insurance to venues, if needed.
Additional Options
In addition to the live guest painting, you may opt to add an acrylic portrait! These
larger format pieces are ideal for capturing the newlyweds in a more detailed
and expressive manner:
11x14” - $850
16x20” - $1250
18x24” - $1500
24x32" - $1950
Please note, these acrylic portraits will not be completed live at the event but
will be meticulously created in my studio using a reference image taken during the wedding.
Acrylic Portrait Example Calculation:
For instance, if you choose to include an 18x24” acrylic portrait alongside your live guest painting,
the total cost would be $1875 (chosen package) + $1500 (acrylic portrait) + any applicable travel fee + ME Sales Tax.

FAQs
What do you need to set up on the day-of?
All I need for the day of is access to power, WiFi, and about 6x6’ of space. I also ask that if it is outdoors and weather is inclement, I be under some sort of cover. If
will everyone get a portrait?
As my assistant and I stay throughout the evening, everyone who would like a portrait is given enough time to come by and get their photograph taken. I find that as the night progresses, people who may have initially been hesitant to be painted end up coming by! Any portraits that I don’t finish during the event will be completed afterwards in my studio and mailed to you within 4 weeks.
do you need a vendor meal?
Yes please! Both my husband/assistant and I will need a vendor meal. We do not have any food restrictions.
Will you travel?
Yes! I am more than happy to travel for clients and help celebrate their special day with my artwork. I have a 65 cents/mile travel fee to locations up to 6 hours away. Client is responsible for flight costs for me and my assistant for any journey over 6 hours. For travels longer than 2.5 hours, I require a $150 hotel fee.
Will we (the bride and groom) get a portrait?
Can you add people to portraits?
While I don’t normally take requests during a Live Guest Painting session, in special occasions I am more than happy to oblige. These instances include painting a loved one who has recently passed, or perhaps cannot travel to the event.
Yes! I like to complete the portrait of the bride and groom after the event in my studio, so I can make it a little more special. I add the couples’ names on top and mat the painting. If you’d like a more detailed rendering, please refer to my additional options section above.
